Our Organic Macadamia Nuts "Raw-In-Shell" are directly from the Macadamia Trees, and fall to the ground at their full ripeness. We don't shake them, but patiently wait.  It takes 300 psi (pounds of pressure per square inch), to crack the shell and it is the toughest nut in the world!  Raw Macadamia are protected by an outer husk along with the shell.  Anything Nature so reverently protects surely must have something very special inside!  An ordinary nut cracker will not open them.  Specially manufactured Mac Nut Crackers are available, but a vice grip, a hammer, and some patience will work.  Enjoy Aloha! Mahalo.  

This is our mouth-watering Organic Macadamia Nut Butter.  It has the same benefits as our Dehydrated Macadamia Nuts, but with the ability to be spread on toast, crackers, fruit, or even ice cream!  The Organic Macadamia Nut Butter is pressure sealed for freshness, but once the seal is open, it is advisable to eat it right away--most folks do.  If there is anything left, put in fridge, and consume within a week or so.  Enjoy Aloha! This is our decadently delicious Organic Macadamia Nut Butter mixed with Dark Belgian Chocolate.  It only has those 2 ingredients with NO artificial colors, preservatives, or sugar added. Simply must be experienced several times in a lifetime!! This is our Organic Dark Roast Ka'u Estate Coffee.  It has a more robust flavor and less caffeine than lighter roasts. There are two types of coffee, Robusta and Arabica.  We cultivate Arabica organic coffee at about 1700 elevation at 'Ailani Orchards in the pristine district of Ka'u of the Big Island, Hawaii.  We offer whole beans sealed for freshness.  Grind as needed to preserve flavor.  Store in a dry area NOT the fridge.  Enjoy Aloha!  Mahalo.
